Off-Road Use & Mechanical Assembly Waiver

1. Off-Road Use Only Disclaimer

All vehicles sold on this website are strictly high-performance, recreational, off-road vehicles. They do not comply with the Ontario Highway Traffic Act for public road use. By purchasing, you agree never to operate this vehicle on public streets, highways, sidewalks, or public paths.

2. Total Assembly & Mechanical Liability Waiver

Operating and assembling motorized off-road vehicles involves inherent risks of severe property damage, serious personal injury, or death. The Buyer assumes 100% responsibility and liability for the correct mechanical assembly, inspection, testing, and maintenance of this vehicle.

The Seller holds absolutely zero liability for the mechanical safety, structural integrity, or assembly of this product, regardless of who physically performs the assembly—whether it is sold unassembled in-the-box, assembled by the Seller as a courtesy, or assembled by the Buyer, a family member, a friend, or any third party. All units are sold strictly "As-Is".

3. Release of Liability

By completing this purchase, the Buyer agrees to waive, release, and forever discharge the Seller (including its owners, employees, and operators) from any and all legal claims, financial demands, or lawsuits resulting from the assembly, operation, use, or misuse of this vehicle. You agree to ride at your own risk.
